Our facility is equipped with the latest technology, automated machinery, temperature controlled refrigeration and freezer units to ensure highest standards of food safety and quality.

STORAGE

Storage is an important aspect of maintaining the quality of the ingredients and ensuring the final product comes out perfect in aspects of quality and freshness. Hence, temperature control is of utmost importance specially while dealing with perishables. At Voila! F9 Gourmet we keep a check of temperature of all the ingredients at the receiving stage and follow it diligently to maintain hygiene and safety as per pre defined norms.

SORTING

It is necessary to clean and sort all raw cereals, pulses, legumes, oil seeds and whole spices before any type of consumption. All our products are sorted manually, checked and bagged in our facility bags before sending them to the kitchens to be used. The sorting process involves 3 steps;


1 - Ingredients are sorted for impurities (acceptable norm is less than 1%).
2 - Impurities found products are discarded.
3 - Cleaned are repacked in company packaging

PRE PREP

Pre prep is of utmost importance specially to ensure the final product comes out perfect in aspects of quality and freshness. Vegetables/fruits are washed and sanitized before being sent to the commissary section of the kitchens so that further they can be peeled and cut.

BUTCHERY

Our master butchers prepare everything on site in state of the art purpose butchery facilities. We are firmly committed to best practice in animal welfare and only buy our meat from specially selected network of suppliers.

HOT KITCHEN

Our state-of-the-art production facility is a culinary dream. Fully renovated and equipped with the latest technologies the hot kitchen boasts the highest quality and hygiene standards and follows all the guidelines of FSSAI.

BAKERY

We operate daily our own in-house bakery in order to guarantee both quality and freshness. We make a variety of baked goods including cakes, muffins, brownies, cinnamon rolls in house from scratch daily.

QUALITY CONTROL

Food is an integral part of our lives and we at Voila! F9 Gourmet pride our self in the quality check of all the ingredients coming in and final product going out. We take utmost care of all the ingredients like vegetables, grocery, eggs, poultry, meat and all which enters our facility. Every ingredient undergoes scrutiny and quality check at every stage post receiving, and if not found up-to standard it is highlighted and rejected.

A microbiological laboratory is present at the central production kitchen with certified team members to conduct daily food sample tests. We ensure that all our team members maintain their standards of personal hygiene and grooming, area hygiene, and process adherence through regular trainings and checks.

LOGISTICS

Voila! F9 Gourmet also handles its own logistics. We have a fleet of trucks to ensure that no one is left hungry. Our fleet of refrigerated trucks also ensures that no food is ever spoilt, harmed or exposed to high temperatures, thus leaving it susceptible to damage.
